Joseph Grubb, Jr. has joined Real Estate Capital Partners' (RECP) asset management group as senior VP. Grubb, who has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, will oversee the management of a newly acquired ­­­­3.5 million s/f institutional portfolio in addition to pursuing new asset and property management business. He was most recently executive VP at Pitcairn Properties in Philadelphia.
