Grubb joins RECP's asset mgmt. group as senior VP

Joseph Grubb, Jr. has joined Real Estate Capital Partners' (RECP) asset management group as senior VP. Grubb, who has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, will oversee the management of a newly acquired ­­­­3.5 million s/f institutional portfolio in addition to pursuing new asset and property management business. He was most recently executive VP at Pitcairn Properties in Philadelphia. RECP is a leading U.S. real estate investment advisor. Since inception, RECP has invested $8 billion in existing and to-be-built apartment, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties on behalf of high net worth individuals and institutions.
