Greenberg and Street of ERG close $2.8 million sale of four-story walk-up; Exclusively represented the property at 138 East 30th Street

ERG Property Advisors has completed the sale of 138 East 30th St. The property is a four-story walk-up located on the south side of East 30th St. between Lexington and 3rd Ave. The building is 12.5 x 50 ft. and located on a 12.5 x 100 ft. lot. The above ground basement has a full-sized kitchen with access to a back porch. The parlor floor has two bedrooms, a new kitchen and bathroom as well as back deck access. Floors 3-5 have five large bedrooms with two containing private bathrooms. There is one large shared bathroom, as well as a kitchen/living room with access to a large back deck. Additionally, there is a powder room, sky lights and Juliet balcony. The property sold for $2.8 million.
