New York, NY Former (and current) IREM chapter presidents were honored at the organization’s September monthly luncheon.
The chapter hold will the following upcoming events:
• Breakfast Panel Discussion: “Is Your Insurance Driving You Bananas?” Panelists include: Roger Kluge, SVP, DeWitt Stern, representing insurance brokers; Kevin Davis, president of Kevin Davis Insurance Services, D&Amp;O and crime insurance issues; Richard Starkie, SVP, claims & legal department Clermont Specialty, claims filing procedure; and Elizabeth Heck, president & CEO, Greater NY Mutual Insurance Co., representing the insurance companies’ point of view. The event will be moderated by: Alan Rappaport, client development, DeWitt Stern. The breakfast will be held on October 28th at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. (between Park and Madison Aves.) from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. The price for all attendees is $60. It includes a continental breakfast. The event is sponsored by Rosenwach Tank. Jacket is required.
• Managing Residential Properties: November 10, 11, 16 & 17 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Knickerbocker Plaza - Lobby Level, 1751 Second Ave. (between 91st and 92nd Sts.) Addressing ethical dilemmas commonly faced by today’s real estate managers, this media-based course teaches strategies for resolving ethical dilemmas and adherence to the IREM Code of Professional Ethics, culminating in an exam to earn IREM credentialing credit.
