Greater Jamaica Development and Miller host event
Queens, NY On July 17, the Greater Jamaica Development Corp. and N.Y.C. councilman I. Deneek Miller hosted an event for minority-owned, women-owned and disadvantaged contractors/subcontractors to learn about business opportunities at major development projects in Southeast Queens. Held at the First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica, the Bluestone Organization and BRP Companies, along with government agencies including N.Y.C. Economic Development Corp., discussed projects and how contractors/subcontractors can participate.
