Grant installed as 2016 president of Upstate Chapter of AI
Albany, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute installed Mark Grant, MAI of Albany as president for 2016. Grant is a vice president for CB Richard Ellis. He has vast experience in the appraisal of a variety of properties for public, institutional and private clients throughout parts of the Northeast. The most recent past president, William Kimball, MAI, of Syracuse presided over the event. The other 2015 newly installed officers include William Beyerbach, MAI, SRA of Rochester as president-elect; and Philip Coughlin, MAI of Syracuse as treasurer and Stephen Ferrara, SRA of Rochester as secretary. New directors installed were Michael Coles of Elmira and Shawn Riley of Syracuse.
