Gotham launches pet concierge at Gotham West

Manhattan, NY Developer, manager and owner Gotham, is pleased to launch a pet concierge at its Hells Kitchen property, Gotham West.As ‘pandemic pets’ have become a reality for New Yorkers across the city, the responsibilities–grooming, training, exercising–are often more difficult due to increased safety protocols, limited availability and closed storefronts.

In an effort to support its pet-owning residents, Gotham West, a no-fee Hell’s Kitchen Luxury Rental Apartment complex, is adding a new pet concierge to its already impressive list of amenities. All Gotham West buildings will feature dog grooming, walking, and training facilities on site so residents do not have to venture out to ensure proper care for their pets.

Gotham West has seen an increase in pet adoptions since the start of the pandemic and the new services are a response to the resident’s desires. The pet concierge will also offer cat visits/feedings. Gotham West has also made an effort to integrate pets into their monthly event programming, just last month they hosted a virtual chat for their residents, “Caring For Your Pet in Quarantine with Dr. Lisa Lippman, DVM,” one of the city’s premier veterinarians.

Gotham is making it their mission to continue to support their residents with the best amenities and programming despite the pandemic and integrating pets is just the next step.
