Over the last two months, Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. completed 31,000 s/f of leasing and sales transactions worth over $8 million on behalf of its clients, including the following deals:
* Retail lease to Jake's Wayback Burgers at the 230,000 s/f Triangle Shopping Center in Yorktown Heights. Tenant received all approvals in June. The landlord was represented by Joan Simon of Admiral. The tenant was represented by Mario Longobucco of Goodfellow Ashmore Agency Inc.
* A 2,125 s/f retail lease to Spruce Home & Garden at 48 Pondfield Rd., which was signed in July. The landlord was represented by Jonathan Gordon of Admiral. The tenant was represented by Sharon Maddern of David Adam Realty.
* A 1,350 s/f retail lease to Yogurt by You at the Village Green shopping center in Ardsley was signed in June. In this transaction, the landlord and the tenant were represented by Simon.
* A 1,200 s/f retail lease to Fuze Bartending School at 1548 Central Park Ave. in Yonkers was signed in July. Gordon represented the landlord and the tenant.
* A retail lease to Transform Fitness at 31 Mill Rd. in Eastchester was completed in July. In this 1,200 s/f transaction, the landlord and the tenant were represented by William Dowling of Admiral.
