Gordon of Admiral closes 4,500 s/f lease at Mt. Kisco Sq. Shopping Ctr.

According to Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., a new Sears Appliance Showroom recently opened at the Mt. Kisco Sq. Shopping Center located at 360 North Bedford Rd. Sears Holdings Corp., parent company to both Sears Roebuck & Co. and Kmart, developed the home appliance store concept, launching its first store in Houston in 2007. The showrooms will display and sell home appliances sold by Sears' larger stores. Jon Gordon of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., the shopping center's exclusive leasing agent, represented the owner in the 4,500 s/f transaction. Sears Home Appliances was represented by Joe Mastromonaco of Dartmouth Co.'s Connecticut office. Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. is a full-service leasing, property management and advisory firm.
