Known as Litchfield Crossings, the site is on 40 acres with 1,792 ft. of frontage along Rte. 7, with 32,000 cars daily and 51,906 residents within 7 miles. Area retailers include WalMart, Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, Staples, TJ Maxx, Home Depot and Dollar Tree. The property is owned by Danbury Road Developers LLC.
