Goldflam of Highcap named exclusive agent for 407-409 East 158th St.
Josh Goldflam, managing principal of Highcap Group, LLC, has been retained as an exclusive agent for the ownership to sell the property located at 407-409 East 158th St. The property consists of a 5,100 s/f lot that will be delivered vacant and ready to build with approved plans for a 34,091 s/f apartment building.
