Goldflam and George of Highcap sell $980,000 non-performing mortgage

Highcap Group has completed the sale of the non-performing mortgage securing the property located at 1 Sullivan Pl. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for $980,000. Josh Goldflam, managing principal, represented the buyer and the seller was represented by Lovin George, investment sales associate, both of Highcap. The subject property is a stalled development site located at the northeast corner of Sullivan Pl. and Washington Ave. The corner lot measures 3,057 s/f and has R8A zoning which enables a builder to develop 18,342 s/f on the site. The property was slated for residential development and is currently stalled.
