Goldberger and Draznin of Newmark Knight Frank broker 38,000 s/f at 800 Third Avenue
Levy Phillips & Konigsberg (LPK) has signed a long-term lease for 38,000 s/f at 800 Third Ave. LPK will occupy the entire 11th floor and the majority of the 12th floor.
Newmark Knight Frank's (NKF) Ronald Goldberger, executive VP and principal, and Arthur Draznin, executive managing director, represented LPK. Richard Teichman of Joseph P. Day Realty Corp. represented the building owner.
