When Caitlin Franco reached out to me, she was looking to expand Equality Charter Middle School to include a High School. Caitlin had a vision for her school, time and money were her biggest obstacles. I knew TLM Group could help her dream become a reality. TLM Group guided Equality Charter School through timely renovations of an old school in the Bronx. TLM Group put together a team of industry leaders to get the job done. Equality Charter School will now educate double the amount of students, of whom over 25% have disabilities. TLM Group continues to guide Equality as the school continues to grow. The ECS staff and faculty are more than just clients, they have become friends. It has been a thrill to see ECS become successful and the children thrive and be the best they can be in a school environment that they can be proud of.
