Global Holdings’ residential tower Anagram Columbus Circle fully leased

Manhattan, NY Global Holdings’ luxury residential tower, Anagram Columbus Circle, has achieved full occupancy. All 123 apartments within the 26-story property offer chic, condo-level design and luxe amenities package, all within a prime location. 

Located at the corner of West 60th St. and Bdwy., the Anagram Columbus Circle residences range from studios to four-bedroom apartments, including three penthouses at the building's pinnacle. Designed in partnership with INC Architecture & Design, Anagram Columbus Circle realizes a condo-level design and comprehensive 13,000 s/f amenities package with sleek, modern aesthetics throughout. 

Anagram Columbus Circle is the second property under the Anagram brand umbrella alongside Anagram Nomad, located at 10 East 29th St. Global Holdings will continue to expand its Anagram offerings and develop in select New York neighborhoods.
