Glenwood debuts LEED designed Crystal Green

Leasing has launched at Crystal Green, a new rental property managed, owned and developed by Glenwood. The 25-story structure features Glenwood's level of premium finishes and iservices and amenities, coupled with environmentally conscious elements that qualify the building for LEED certification.

Crystal Green is designed with a high percentage of recycled-content construction materials obtained from regional sources. Additional environmentally friendly features include a building-wide water filtration system; roof terraces with heat-reflective pavers; occupancy sensors for lighting in common areas and corridors; and eco-friendly cleaning supplies used throughout the building.
