Empire Commercial Construction delivers 6,000 s/f San Lorenzo Montessori

East Rochester, NY Empire Commercial Construction completed the contract for San Lorenzo Montessori. Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design of the over 6,000 s/f childcare/educational fit out located at 105 Despatch Dr. The space completion and official opening from their Fairport relocation occurred in early January.

“Empire was proud to help deliver this new educational environment for the East Rochester/Fairport communities and the great team at San Lorenzo,” said Empire president, Josh Myers. “I hope we provided a space where the children can work towards developing their fullest potential through the Montessori materials.”

The new 6,000 s/f space features a welcoming lobby; three custom classrooms, each featuring their own size-specific bathrooms and sinks; custom kitchen; laundry facilities; private office; storage; and an outdoor playground with turf and handicap accessible ramp.

Empire has completed multiple childcare and educational facilities. Past projects included new locations for Expressive Beginnings Childcare (Henrietta/Greece/Webster), Heritage Christian Services, Kindercare, Knowledge Beginnings, Rochester Childfirst Network, Pride and Joy, Hope Hall School, KidStrong, and more.
