East Meadow, NY Edward Gleason joined the Real Estate Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP as an associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Gleason served as authorized house counsel for Noble Properties in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He drafted and negotiated hundreds of new leases, amendments, and renewals with tenants ranging from mom-and-pops to nationally recognized companies as part of a $500 million commercial real estate portfolio.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law in 2020 where he concentrated on real estate and land use law. From Temple University, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hospitality Operations.
Gleason gained experience in commercial real estate transactions through the completion of two legal internships, one during the spring of 2020 at Bleakley Platt & Schmidt LLP in White Plains, New York, and the other during the summer of 2018 at Stagg, Terenzi, Confusione & Wabnik on Long Island in Garden City.
Admitted to practice in the state of New York, Gleason is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
