Gladstone Group reps KSW Allentown LLC in $1.615 million purchase

Gladstone Group represented the purchase of 1836 Catasauqua Rd. (land and building) from Eat Ice Cream, LLC by KSW Allentown LLC, for $1.615 million. The transaction, a sale/leaseback by Eat Ice Cream, LLC., included a 20-year NNN lease. The tenant will continue to operate as a Friendly's Restaurant. Gladstone Group, a subsidiary of Long Island Business Brokerage and brokered by Gail Gladstone, is currently headquartered in Long Island, NY and is licensed in NY, PA, MA, CT & MD. Gladstone is also broker of Sellers Brokerage, LLC, Zolo Realty Capital, Inc., NYC's CircumRent, Inc., and HomeCanvasrNY, Inc., currently operating in Brooklyn.
