What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?
When you do good work with good people, every deal is a good deal but I'm particularly proud of what we accomplished bringing Premier Exhibitions' new Saturday Night Live exhibit to 417 Fifth Ave. this year. I had an excellent deal, a terrific tenant and a superb support team and all three were critical in realizing that vision. I was also particularly proud to welcome John Barrett Salon to 10 West 56th St. It's a beautiful, historic building and we worked tirelessly to find just the right tenant and I couldn't be happier with that deal. It's also hard not to mention the recent acquisition by a client of One Pepsi Way in Somers, NY. It is a spectacular campus property.
What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?
I was honored to receive several awards from my firm this year and while it's always nice to be recognized, the truth is nothing is more rewarding than having colleagues you've worked with in the past come back to do more business with you. I believe it's a reflection of the work ethic, dedication and commitment that we have in making the best deal possible for our clients and treating our partners with integrity and it means more to me than any award or title could convey.

In New York City’s competitive real estate market, particularly in prime neighborhoods like Midtown Manhattan, investors are constantly seeking new ways to unlock property value. One such strategy — often overlooked but
Active investors seeking rent-stabilized properties often gravitate toward buildings that have been held under long-term ownership — and for good reasons. These properties tend to be well-maintained, both physically and operationally, offering a level of stability
