Gillman of SCG arranges lease for Sonic in Nesconset

Nesconset, NY According to the Shopping Center Group (SCG), the fourth Sonic opened on LI by Cinos Smithtown, the franchisee for Long Island (uses different LLC’s for each location). This Sonic entered into a two-acre land lease at 2900 Middle Country Rd., opposite the Smithhaven Mall. Other locations include Deer Park, Green Acres and East Meadow. Steve Gillman of SCG, who represented Sonic on all four Long Island locations, said, “Two more locations are close to being finalized now.” The landlord is Serota Smithtown. Steve Appas of Serota represented the landlord.
