Schuckman of Schuckman Realty brokers 27,584 s/f lease to Best Market at Morton Village Shopping Center

Plainview, NY Schuckman Realty Inc. welcomes Best Market as the new anchor tenant in the Morton Village Shopping Center located at 998 Old Country Rd.

Best Market, which focuses on fresh foods, especially produce, meat, seafood, deli, dairy, and bakery goods, as well as traditional grocery store items, will occupy 27,584 s/f as the anchor tenant of the shopping center where it will join CVS, Chase, Subway, Verizon and others. Best Market signed a lease with a 20-year initial term in the space formerly occupied by ShopRite and is scheduled to open Q1 2019.

Morton Village Shopping Center, which is situated along Old Country Rd., services the needs of the Plainview-Old Bethpage community near the North Shore of Long Island in the town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County. With the addition of Best Market, the shopping center will undergo a renovation to welcome the new tenants that are actively pursuing space in the newly anchored shopping center.

Kenneth Schuckman, president of Schuckman Realty, represented the landlord and tenant in the deal.
