Gilbert of Gilco Realty brokers 7,000 s/f lease

Gilco Realty LLC arranged the signing of the first lease at 1150 Webster Ave. The building is currently under a gut renovation transforming from a parking garage into retail and offices. Michael Gilbert of Gilco represented landlord, 1150 Realty LLC, and tenant, Dollarland. Dollarland will occupy 7,000 s/f of the 16,000 s/f ground floor space. The building still has another 9,000 s/f on the ground floor as well as 16,000 s/f of office space on the second floor.
