Giacobbe of Largo Real Estate Advisors arranges $720,000 in first mtge. financing
Frank Giacobbe, account executive for Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $720,000 for a 21,000 s/f office/warehouse building located at 1195 Ridgeway Ave. Built in 1960, the Ridgeway Building is 100% occupied by AP Plumbing and Crupi Contractors. In 2005, the subject underwent 4,000 s/f of interior office renovations and has been improved by the addition of a 25,000 s/f parking lot. The area is mostly industrial, with the Kodak and General Motors facilities located two miles from the property. Giacobbe secured a 10-year fixed rate loan with one rate reset and a 22-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
