GGMC parking garage operator for two properties
Cord Meyer Development LLC has chosen GGMC as the parking garage operator for two of its prestigious properties in Forest Hills - the luxury condominium "the Windsor at Forest Hills" and the flagship "Cord Meyer Office Building" which is also adjacent to the famous Midway Theater. Both the residential and commercial garages will be given the patented GGMC treatment - an artistic photographic display depicting life in the neighborhood across the decades. "Cord Meyer Development is pleased and proud to have GGMC operate the garage at these two prized properties," said Cord Meyer's vice president of leasing Mary Hughes. "We believe that first impressions of a building are often formed at its parking garage and GGMC leaves a lasting good impression."
