Barbara Yagoda of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Connor Hollenbaugh and Jenna Palumbo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Emergency Skills Inc. The company, which relocated from nearby 352 Seventh Ave., completed its relocations to the building. Emergency Skills Inc. will use the space for its general and executive offices.
