GFI Insurance Brokerage selected as one of the "Best Places to Work in Insurance" by Business Insurance

GFI Insurance Brokerage, a leading provider of property and casualty insurance, has been recognized by Business Insurance magazine as one of the "Best Place to Work in Insurance." GFI currently insures hundreds of residential and commercial properties as well as hotels throughout New York. Business Insurance's program was designed to identify and recognize workplaces in the commercial insurance industry where employees can best thrive. The annual competition was open to all publicly or privately held insurance industry organizations who serve the commercial insurance market. "We were truly honored to receive this recognition from Business Insurance magazine," said Brian Gross, president of GFI. "We recognize how instrumental each person is to our company's overall success and, as a result, have implemented various employee programs and events to express our appreciation. It has always been our priority to create an environment where employees are encouraged to excel and enthusiastic to come to work each day. " The competition, which involved months of in-depth evaluation, was conducted by Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm that managed the registration process, conducted the surveys, evaluated the data and selected the firms. GFI was among the 65 top companies selected that ranged in size from 26 employees to 8,445.
