Gettler and Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors secure 1,500 s/f lease

According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, it has completed a retail lease transaction at 121 Madison Ave. between Delectica and landlord, Stanford Realty Associates. Delectica has leased the entire north east corner of 30th St. and Madison Ave., encompassing a total of 1,500 s/f on the ground floor. Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman, managing partners of New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of Delectica. Kate Cohen and Jason Pruger represented the landlord. Delectica has been a popular spot in Murray Hill for many years serving breakfast and lunch. The group is excited to enter into the Midtown South/Madison Sq. corridor for their second area location and they are looking forward to take advantage of a corner location with foot traffic from nearby offices and hotels.
