Georgatos of Island Associates arranges 700 s/f lease

 

 

Bethpage, NY Arche Georgatos of Island Associates represented the tenant, Boutique Outlet and landlord, 420 Wantagh Avenue Inc., in the lease of 700 s/f at 420 Wantagh Ave. This space will become Boutique Outlet’s second retail clothing store in New York. Boutique Outlet plans on joining Izumi Japanese Asian Bistro, Q Q Nails, Bethpage Bagels, Vape’N Haven, and the Laundromat.
