GCP Capital Group arranges 14 mortgages totaling $82.105 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $82.105 million for the following 14 properties: * $22.625 million for a portfolio of 11 multifamily buildings containing a total of 208 apartments and 21 commercial units, located throughout Manhattan and the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * A $12.26 million construction loan for the proposed development of two abutting properties in the SoHo section of Manhattan into a 24-story residential tower of 56,700 s/f. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $10 million for a portfolio of five contiguous and two separate multifamily buildings containing a total of 162 apartments, located throughout the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $6.345 million for a portfolio of four buildings containing a total of 21 apartments and 4,800 s/f of commercial space, located in Brooklyn. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $5 million for a four-story apartment building containing 57 units and 3,750 s/f of commercial space, located on St. Nicholas Ave., Brooklyn. Perlmutter arranged the financing. * $5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 48 units, located on Kings Hwy., Brooklyn. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4.375 million for a five-story apartment building containing 45 units and 3,000 s/f of commercial space, located in Ridgewood, Queens. Perlmutter arranged the financing. * $4 million for a six-story mixed-use building and a five-story apartment building containing a total of 41 units and two retail tenants in Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.775 million for two contiguous five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 45 units, located on West 184th St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $2.5 million for a five-story apartment building containing 36 units, located on East Mosholu Pwy. in the Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.35 million for a six-story apartment building containing 18 units, located on West 45th St. in Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $2.275 million for a five-story apartment building containing 20 units and 2,800 s/f of commercial space, located on West 178th St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $1.6 million for a one-story commercial building comprised of 9,550 s/f, located on Boston Rd., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1 million for a single-story, owner occupied commercial building comprised of 6,200 s/f in Woodside, Queens.
