Colligan of Largo Capital arranges $19.085 million mortgage refinancing
Willow Grove, PA Neal Colligan, principal at Largo Capital, Inc., arranged a permanent first mortgage to refinance Willow Run Apartments, a 172-unit multi-family property. The property was professionally run by a local family real estate office. It’s excellent occupancy and financial performance allowed for an equity cash-out while garnering the most favorable rates available in the market on an interest-only loan execution.
