* $5.38 million for a seven-story elevator apartment building with 97 units, on Hamilton Pl. in Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP Capital arranged the financing.
* $4.2 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building with 60 units, on Selwyn Ave. in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP Capital arranged the financing.
* $7.19 million for a five-story and six-story walk-up apartment building with a total of 50 units, on West 21st St. in Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $12.7 million for three six-story walk-up apartment buildings containing 86 units and six stores, on East 13th St. in Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
* $3.2 million for a six-story and three contiguous four-story residential buildings, in Long Island City, Queens. Matthew Albano, senior consultant of GCP Capital arranged the financing.
* $3.48 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building with 48 units, on Kossuth Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $1.875 million for a five-story apartment building with 19 units and two stores, on Southern Blvd. in the Bronx. Albano arranged the financing.
* $3.5 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 48 units, on Bogardus Pl. in Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP Capital, arranged the financing.
* $1.6 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 32 units, on West 157th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* A $2.1 million interim land loan for a to-be-built, 48-room hotel, on Orchard St. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP Capital, arranged the financing.
