GCP Capital Group arranges ten mortgages totaling $71.445 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged ten mortgage financings totaling $71.445 million:

• $15 million for two five-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 56 apartments and 9,950 s/f of commercial space on East Gun Hill Rd., Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.  

• $13 million for four contiguous six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 153 apartments on Seaman Ave., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $7.5 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 63 apartments on 82nd Ave., Queens.  Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.

• $6.3 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 78 apartments and four commercial units Gerard Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $5.795 million combined financing for two five-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 53 units on West 152nd St., Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $5.5 million for the acquisition and renovation of a four-story mixed-use building that will contain six apartments and 2,700 s/f of commercial space on West 139th St., Manhattan.  Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $5 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 45 units on West 181st St., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.  

• $5 million for two adjacent, three-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of three apartments and 4,000 s/f of commercial space on Court St., Brooklyn. Classi arranged the financing. 

• $4.75 million for a five-story multifamily apartment building containing 22 units on West 152nd St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.  

• $3.6 million for a gut-renovated, three-story brownstone containing eight apartments on Park Place,  Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, managing director of GCP arranged the financing.
