GBT Real Estate LLC begins sales for Eleven28 condo building; Modern Spaces is handling marketing
Queens, NY According to developer GBT Real Estate LLC, sales have officially launched for Eleven28, a new, six-story condominium, adding one- to three-bedroom units to the Long Island City neighborhood.
Located at 11-28 31st Dr., the property contains nine units ranging from 610 s/f to 1,220 s/f, some with a private balcony or terrace. Amenities include a ground-floor laundry room with commercial-grade washers/dryers and bicycle storage.
Locally-based brokerage Modern Spaces is exclusively handling marketing and sales for the building. TLI Architect PLLC was the project architect.
