GATES Capital arranges $7.298 million for Cardinal McCloskey Community Services

New York, NY According to GATES Capital Corp., it has arranged and closed $7.298 million in financing for the benefit of Cardinal McCloskey Community Services, Inc. The borrower used the proceeds of the 2017 bonds to financing and/or refinance various projects in Westchester County.

Cardinal McCloskey is a not-for-profit, social service agency that provides services to over 2,000 children in foster care programs, preschool education to over 2,500 three- and four year-olds from low income families, and helps over 200 developmentally disabled adults lead more fulfilling and independent lives.

GATES Capital is a specialty investment bank whose principal activities include the origination, sales, trading and advisory of tax-exempt and taxable debt products. The investment banking division of GATES has distinguished itself as a market leader in the management of complex credit structures for the benefit of their not-for-profit and private sector clients.
