Garrigan elected president of C.T. Male

C.T. Male Associates Engineering, Surveying, Architecture & Landscape Architecture, P.C. (C.T. Male) has elected Edward Garrigan, P.L.S. as president. He succeeds Gary Male, who retired from the firm. Garrigan joined the firm in 1985 as a survey crew chief and advanced through the firm holding various management positions. Most recently he has served as chairman of the board, VP of land services and as the chief information officer. Garrigan said, "I am excited that the board of directors has entrusted me with this new responsibility. C.T. Male has a longstanding reputation for service, quality and commitment to the community that I intend to continue, while growing and developing our business in new ways." Garrigan has served a wide variety of clients and directs multi-discipline project teams for projects involving surveying, GIS, engineering and environmental services. He is skilled at managing complex projects on time and within budget and brings over 30 years of experience to his new position. Garrigan earned an Associates Degree in Civil Technology from Hudson Valley Community College, and is active in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). He is a licensed land surveyor in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
