Garcia joins Highcap Group as director

New York, NY Patricia Garcia joined Highcap Group as a director in 2015, specializing in the sale of investment properties throughout the metropolitan area. Patricia sources acquisition opportunities throughout Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, focusing on multi-family and retail assets through her client relationships. Prior to joining Highcap Group, Patricia worked at Robert K. Futterman’s Investment Sales and Advisory Services team as well as Eastern Consolidated. Some of Patricia’s noteworthy transactions include 242 Fifth Avenue, 2410-2418 Broadway, 257 Water Street, 1031 Lorimer Street, 304 East 49th Street, and 192 East 3nd Street. Before working in the investment sales arena, Patricia began her real estate career at the retail leasing firm Ripco Real Estate Corp, where she handled both tenant and landlord representation in New York Metro area and exclusively represented owners such as Real Estate Equities Corp, Magnum Real Estate, Grid Properties, Forest City Ratner and The Olnick Organization. Patricia earned an Associate’s Degree at the University of Maryland College Park and then transferred to The Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising Communications. She is a licensed Salesperson in the state of New York.
