What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why?

Closing the financing and reaching the topping out of Link Apartments, 8 Carlisle has been the highlight of my year. As Grubb Properties’ tallest and largest development to date, the 67-story tower represents a major milestone for our firm and our continued growth in New York City. What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career?

In development, uncertainty is constant, and the best leaders remain calm, build trust, and empower their teams to solve problems together. Technical expertise matters, but integrity, relationships, and how you treat people ultimately define both your reputation and your success.
