RKF arranged a long-term 15,584 s/f retail lease with Staples at Atlas Capital's 641 Sixth Ave. on the southwest corner of 20th St. in the Ladies' Mile district of Chelsea. The new two-level store will have 4,696 s/f on the ground floor and 10,888 s/f on the lower level. Staples plans to relocate from 699 Sixth Ave, between 22nd and 23rd Sts. by December 2012.
