Condren and Triglia of CPEX act for landlord in 1,400 s/f; Yadgard and Mastrangelo of Maxwelle assist
CPEX's New York Retail Leasing team has completed a retail lease at 288 Atlantic Ave. Located just off the corner of Smith St. and Atlantic Ave. in the heart of Boerum Hill, the property features 1,400 s/f of ground floor commercial space in a four-story mixed-use building.
CPEX managing director Ryan Condren and associate Kristina Triglia, represented the landlord in negotiating the ten-year lease agreement with the new tenant, SUPRA, who was represented by Michael Yadgard and Noelle Mastrangelo of Maxwelle NY.
"Retail in Boerum Hill continues to evolve. Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street are among the most vibrant retail corridors in the city," Triglia said. "This is our second deal on Atlantic Avenue in the past month, bringing exciting new tenants to the neighborhood."
SUPRA, a skate shoe company, is one of the leading footwear brands in today's street wear. The space will be SUPRA's first location in the borough, joining other new tenants in the area, such as Lululemon Athletica, Burger on Smith, and Sottocasa.
