A&G names Jacobs to lead real estate division

Manhattan, NY Andrew Jacobs has joined A&G Real Estate Partners to lead its real estate sales division, effective immediately. Jacobs will report to Emilio Amendola, A&G’s co-founder and co-CEO, and will be based out of the firm’s New York City office.

Jacobs is a commercial real estate advisory executive and former managing director at Colliers, where he specialized in the sale of real estate across all asset classes. Previously, he held investment sales and capital markets roles at Newmark and investment sales and advisory services roles at Robert K. Futterman & Associates in N.Y.C.

Jacobs’ recent successes include the $182.5 million leasehold sale of Wharton Commerce Center; the $98 million New York City retail portfolio sale for NYREIT; the $41 million sale of Triangle Junction in Brooklyn; and the $41 million acquisition of 368 Broome St.

“Andrew has spent his career helping owners navigate complex sales decisions and capital markets opportunities,” said Amendola. “He brings strong real estate acumen and an advisor’s perspective to every assignment, and his deep expertise will further strengthen A&G’s national presence and help us deliver even greater value to our clients.”

With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, Jacobs has closed more than $1.6 billion in aggregate transactions, specializing in the disposition of privately held real estate assets. His expertise spans all major asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with a focus on maximizing client value through strategic positioning, market intelligence, and tailored investment solutions.

“A&G stood out to me as the firm focuses intently on problemsolving and longterm client partnerships,” said Jacobs. “I’m excited to collaborate with the team and help drive growth by connecting more owners, investors, operators, and the professional community to A&G’s advisory capabilities.”
