According to JDF Realty, 700 s/f on 59 First Ave. will be the new home to a Digital Millenium T-Mobile franchisee.
The deal is a 7 year lease.
JDF Realty got this referral through their Retail Brokers Network partner in Dallas, TX.
Robert Frischman of JDF Realty represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by ERG and Cooper Square.
