Friedman of Pliskin secures three leases

Mitchell Friedman, vice president of investment sales at Pliskin Realty & Development, recently brokered three leases involving retail space on Long Island. They included two leases at 349 Union Ave.: 2,000 s/f for Poland Springs and the lease of 3,000 s/f for Long Island Irrigation. In the other transaction, Friedman brokered a 2,000 s/f space at 376 Hicksville Rd. in Woodbury for a high-end dress shop now planning for an opening. Friedman represented the landlord and tenants in all of these transactions.
