Friedman of Adams & Co. brokers 6,000 s/f lease
Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 10-year, 6,000 s/f lease at 34 West 27th St. in Madison Sq. Park for One on One Productions. The company will use the full ninth-floor space as an acting studio and office.
One on One Productions specializes in helping actors further their career by offering classes and sessions where they are seen and often booked by working directors, agents, casting directors and other industry people.
Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Hee Jung Kim of Royal Realty represented the landlord.
