The following leases totaling 11,885 s/f and a $700,000 sale: Friedland’s Andy Grossman brokered the $700,000 sale of 12,300 s/f of space located at 2065 Albany Post Rd. in Croton. The property was sold to JY Moon Tae Kwon Do from David & Lynn Doskow. Grossman represented the buyer and the seller. • Grossman also represented the landlord, Peter Landi Construction, and tenant, Burns Construction, surrounding the lease of 1,000 s/f of office space and 4,000 s/f of land at 13 Bradhurst Ave. in Hawthorne. • Brokers Robin Herko and David Scotto represented tenant Narragansett Enterprises during the lease of 3,285 s/f of space located at 800 Westchester Ave. in Rye Brook. The office space is owned by RPW Group Inc. • In the Bronx, a team consisting of Chris Cascella and Tony Lembeck brokered the lease of a portion of the property located at 1120 Leggett Ave. The landlord, Alson Steel Corp., leased 3,600 s/f of warehouse space to ADA Tire.
