Fried Frank acts as counsel to Tishman Speyer in 620,000 s/f lease

Manhattan, NY Fried Frank acted as counsel to Tishman Speyer in connection with its 99-year, 620,000 s/f lease of the Morgan North Post Office from the US Postal Service. 

Tishman Speyer leased the top six floors of the historic building located at 341 Ninth Ave. and plans to transform the space into high-tech creative office spaces. The site comprises a full block south of Hudson Yards between 9th and 10th Ave. and 29th and 30th St.

The bottom four floors will be occupied by the US Postal Service.

The Fried Frank team was led by real estate partner Tal Golomb and included real estate special counsel Wesley O’Brien and real estate associates Danielle Frank and Max Yardeni.
