Forcino brings more than 40 years of construction experience to Skanska, during which he focused primarily on the tenant improvement market, completing interior work and fit-outs to improve space for influential companies within New York and New Jersey. His experience also includes developing data centers, retail and executive suite office space for various industry sectors, including financial services, legal, mission critical, real estate, healthcare and pharmaceutical.
In his new role as vice president, account manager of interiors, Forcino will work with the business development team for Skanska's Metro New York office, to leverage his longstanding relationships he has built throughout his career.
Forcino will also spearhead projects focused on tenant improvement plans, overseeing the construction process from pre-construction to execution.

"He has a strong track record of delivering successful large-scale projects on schedule and under budget. His knowledge and experience, coupled with his proactive problem-solving and resourceful nature, will be extremely valuable to Skanska."
Prior to joining Skanska, Forcino most recently served as a project executive for Turner Construction where he worked on various projects throughout the Metro New York and New Jersey region.
Forcino received his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from St. John's University in New York City.
Skanska's Metro New York office has completed a variety of complex projects for a wide-range of industries, including education, healthcare and transportation. Skanska is currently constructing Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp.'s new biologics research facility located in Kenilworth, NJ, Panasonic's new North American Headquarters in Newark, NJ, and converting an existing New York Public Library book storage facility into the new Beacon High School for the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA). Skanska also recently completed the 596,492-square-foot expansion for Capital Health Medical Center located in Hopewell, NJ.
