Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP congratulates eight attorneys on their NCBA Committee appointments

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (“FDT”) warmly congratulates the following attorneys on their Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) Committee appointments effective June 1, 2023:

  • Gerard Luckman, a partner and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice group, was appointed chair of the Bankruptcy Committee. Luckman earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from the New York Institute of Technology.
  • Danielle Gatto, a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group, was appointed co-chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee. Gatto earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.A. from Tulane University.
  • Robert Renda, a partner in the firm’s Tax Certiorari practice group, was appointed vice chair of the Condemnation Law and Tax Certiorari Committee. Renda earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from St. John’s University.
  • Lisa Casa, a partner in the firm’s Employment & Labor practice group, was appointed vice chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee. Casa earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.S. and B.A. from The George Washington University.
  • Gregory Lisi, a partner and chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor practice group, was appointed chair of the Lawyer Referral Committee and the Nominating Committee. Lisi earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
  • Erik Snipas, a partner in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning and Industrial Development Agency (IDA) practice groups, was appointed vice chair of the Municipal Law and Land Use Committee. Snipas earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from St. John’s University.
  • Michael Berger, an associate in the firm’s Employment & Labor and Veterinary practice groups, was appointed co-chair of the New Lawyers Committee. Berger earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
