Foglietta joins Parsons Brinckerhoff as senior engineering manager

Joseph Foglietta has been named a senior engineering manager in the New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. Foglietta comes to Parsons Brinckerhoff after a 35-year career with the New York State Dept. of Transportation (NYSDOT). He most recently served as acting director of engineering/chief engineer, providing overall management for the agency's 4,500 engineers, technicians and support staff in the delivery of a $1.8 billion capital program. He was responsible for management of the NYSDOT's bridge inspection and management program, highway and bridge design offices, construction management office, and technical services office. Foglietta has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the New York State Association of Transportation Engineers.
