Fitzgerald, Alaimo, McCabe and Van Dusen join Harris Beach’s commercial real estate practice

Pittsford, NY Harris Beach has expanded its commercial real estate practice with the addition of partners Timothy Fitzgerald and Jordan Alaimo, associate Sean McCabe, and paralegal Allyn Van Dusen. They bring experience managing complex and high-value real estate and financing transactions for clients across the state and nationally from inception through the full cycle of development.

Fitzgerald brings multimillion dollar projects and financings to fruition for clients including private owners and family-owned portfolios, public companies, health systems, Wall Street players, and institutional lenders. 

Alaimo represents regional and national developers in the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, membership purchase agreements, financing documents and development agreements. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate.

McCabe uses his background as a CPA and management consultant to advise clients through commercial real estate transactions and matters, including entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, exit strategies and taxation.

Van Dusen has over 32 years of experience closing commercial real estate acquisitions, corporate dispositions of real estate, and real estate mortgage loans.
